obgyn comforts young pregnant woman patient

As trained obstetricians, our physicians offer preconception counseling and care for both normal and high-risk obstetrical patients. The physician/patient relationship is an important part of obstetrical care. At Associates in Women’s Health, you will always have access to your physician or the physician on call.

Generally obstetrical visits begin between the 8th and 12th week of pregnancy and occur on a monthly basis until the 28th week. Visits then increase to twice a month until the 36th week, at which time visits are scheduled weekly until delivery.
